Services

Kiev Accommodation Net provides accommodation in luxury, de-lux and budget Kiev apartments located in the center of Kiev as well as other associated services (airport pick-up and drop-off, interpreters, guides, chauffeured cars on a daily or hourly basis, etc.).

Kiev accommodations

All of Kiev apartments offered by Kiev Accommodation Net are renovated, furnished and equipped. They have telephone, tv-set, fridge, cooker/oven, kitchen utensils, iron/iron board, fresh towels and bed linen. Most apartments are equipped with additional amenities like microwave, washing machine, air-conditioning, CD-players, Jakuzzi, other amenities. The exact list of amenities depends on each specific Kiev apartment.

The apartments are safe and most of them are located in the center of Kiev, usually just within a few minute walk to Khreshatik St. or Independense Sqr./ Maidan.

Presentation of the information on the website

All of Kiev apartments listed on the Kiev Accommodation Net website are real. Description and photos fully correspond to the apartments.

Rates

Daily rates indicated on the website cover daily rent, gas, electricity, public water supply, local phone calls (except for calls to cell phone numbers), cleaning and changing towels / bed linens on a once-five-day basis (or a once-three-day basis for some apartments). If an apartment has a high-speed Internet, traffic consumption is charged separately. There are no other hidden charges or taxes.

The minimum stay

The minimum period for which we can book an apartment is four or five nights. In some cases, exceptions are possible, but we can book any shorter stays not earlier than one-two days before the actual arrival date.

Making reservation

In order to book any of the apartments, you need to contact us first checking its availability for specific dates of your stay. You may use on-line form on our site or just e-mail your request to our regular address info@kievaccommodation.net . If the apartment is available and you showed your interest in renting it, we will send you booking instructions and put the apartment on a hold in your name for the period ranging from a few hours to up to 24 hours. The more advance your booking is, the longer on-hold period is possible. The on-hold period should give you enough time to book the apartment by making a booking deposit.

You may make a booking deposit by using one of the methods suggested in the booking instruction. The most popular methods we are using are:

1) PayPal (http://www.paypal.com). One of the most reliable and secure payment processing companies with over 40 million users worldwide. Payment is made in minutes by using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) or a PayPal account.

2) Western Union (http://www.westernunion.com ). If you have a credit card issued by a US bank, payment can be made on-line. Otherwise, you need to visit one of the locations of Western Union nearby.

The amount of booking deposit averages USD100 and depends on the apartment you are booking and a period of your stay.

Upon receiving a booking deposit, we will provide you with an e-mail booking confirmation containing the exact address of the apartment, its building entrance code, apartment phone number, contact phone numbers of your apartment managers.

Arrival details / arrival to Kiev

When the reservation is made, we will also need to know your arrival details. It can be either anticipated time of your arrival to the apartment or your flight details for our airport pick-up service. Those details need to be provided at least 48 hours before your arrival time. Ordering our airport pick-up service is always highly recommended as it can ensure your safety, and smooth arrival to the apartment. It is mandatory to use our driver if you are arriving late in the evening or early in the morning.

Apartment managers

When you book an apartment, we will provide you with contact phone numbers of your apartment managers assigned to the apartment you are booking. They will be in charge of your comfortable stay in Kiev, and in case you have any problems or questions while in Kiev, they will be able to help you 24/7.

Check-in / Check-out time

Check-in time at any of our Kiev apartments is 2:00pm. Check-out time is noon. Since most of our apartments are occupied all the time, any exceptions can be made only if possible. If you need guaranteed earlier check-in or check-out, it is recommended to book the previous/next night as well.

Check-in, Keys and Payment

You will receive the keys to the apartment at the day of your check-in. Our representative will be waiting for you at the apartment at the agreed time to give you the keys and obtain the remaining amount of rent.

Check-out / departure

You need to contact one of your apartment managers at least 24 hours before your departure to let him/her know the exact time you are leaving the apartment. Someone will arrive to the apartment at that time to check everything and obtain the keys back. If needed, you may also order our airport drop-off service.

Credit cards

We can generally accept credit cards (via PayPal) only for booking deposit payments. However, for some apartments, arrangements can be made to accept Visa or Master Card for a balance payment as well. This arrangement is subject to 5% surcharge and needs to be agreed in advance. Otherwise full payment in cash is expected.

Change of the apartment during your stay

In case there are some unfavorable circumstances beyond our control taking place during your stay at the apartment (broken elevator in the building, construction noise outside, etc) or some internal problems with the apartment, please make sure to discuss possibility of the change of the apartment with the managers right away. Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate you in a similar apartment better suitable for your stay. No refunds or claims are possible at a latter date.

Change in reservation / cancellation

Booking an apartment is a mutual commitment. We guarantee its availability for the whole period booked and refuse other clients interested in the apartment for conflicting periods. On the other hand, we strongly encourage you to plan your trip properly before booking an apartment. If you decide to cancel your booking at any time, booking deposit will not be refunded. Also, the rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case you decide to leave the apartment prior to the date agreed during booking.

If you do need a slight change in the dates of your arrival or departure, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help you resolve the problem, however, no guarantees can be made. Changes are subject to the availability of the apartment booked and many other factors.

Force Majeure

Kiev Accommodation Net reserves the right in case of circumstances beyond out control resulting in the apartment becoming unsuitable for occupation (fire, flood, etc) to substitute the apartment for an apartment of similar standard.
