This luxury one-bedroom apartment is located in the diplomatic area of Kiev on Vladymirska St. in front of famours Kiev sight - Golden Gate and within walking distance to the government buildings and shops which line Khreschatyk - the main street of Kiev. Walking distance to the Kreschatik street is around 5 minutes.

You will definitely find here everything you need to feel at home. Is is a very stylish apartment-studio equipped like 5 star hotel suite, there are expensive Italian furniture from famous brands, satellite/digital TV with over 100 channels, 2 TV sets (large with diagonal 72` in the living room and middle at the bedroom), DVD, music center, 2 air-conditioners. The apartment has broadband Internet access. You may just bring your laptop computer and plug in. Original designed kitchen with glass bar and all modern equipment - gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, electrical kettle, dish-washer. Extra folding couch at the living room converts into a comfy bed. Large separated bedroom has king-size double bed, large mirror cup-board, balcony. There are air-conditioner and TV set at the bedroom. Fantastic bathroom with large oval super progressive bath "Jakuzzi". Bath equipped with air and hydro-massage and underwater lights. There are also automatic washing machine and back-up water heater.Total area of the apartment is around 60 sq.m. Maximum: 2-3 persons. The 3rd floor of a historical building without an elevator. Very good entrance to the building - from the light central street; coded lock on the entrance. At the first floor of the building there are expensive boutique and Irish bar. Maid service every three days free of charge. Daily maid service and laundry available upon request. Internet access is paid separately at the rate of our broadband Internet provider (around USD0.7 per 10Mb).
