Large two-bedroom apartment with total area of 120m2. 3rd floor, elevator. The apartment boasts a very unusual floor plan with two levels / floors. When you enter to the hall of the apartment, there is an entrance to the bathroom; a little bit further in the hall, there is an entrance to the living room with a large pull-out sofa bed suitable for a couple. A the end of the hall, there are two entrances. On the right, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and arm-chair. The bedroom has wooden stairs leading to the the second level where you can find a queen size mattress. If you enter from the hall on the left, you will get to a little office with a desk. The office also has wooden stairs leading to the second floor where you will find another queen-size mattress. Sleeping areas on the second level are separated by a thin wall. The guests leaving in the separate areas on the second level can not see each other, but can talk. Thus, the apartment can conveniently accommodate up to 8 people in 4 separate sleeping places.

In addition to usual amenities like a fridge, oven, telephone, TV-set, back-up water heater, the apartment has 3 air-conditioners, satellite TV, large LCD TV-set, DVD/CD-player, high-speed Internet (paid separately), microwave, washing machine, other amenities.
